Michael holds a B.S. in Environmental Science and Management from UC Davis and joined the Shasta Valley RCD in July of 2022. Michael's responsibilities include managing  fuels projects throughout the county, in addition to supporting the Siskiyou Prescribed Burn Associated. Michael is burdened with being both the funniest (and most humble?) person in the office. He is interested in the full spectrum of the natural sciences, especially paleo stuff.
