Anna graduated from Colorado State University in May 2024. She is the Forestry & Fuels Fellow at the SVRCD in partnership with GrizzlyCorps, an AmeriCorps program run through the Center for Law, Energy & Environment at UC Berkeley. Throughout her undergraduate career, she developed a passion for environmental science and sustainability. She spent the summer after she graduated serving with the Southwest Conservation Corps, another AmeriCorps program, where she gained skills in natural resource management and a deeper interest in forestry. She is excited to learn more about these areas during her time with the RCD and to help with forest management and wildland fire mitigation. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, running, climbing, and just about anything else that gets her outside.
