Shasta River Drought Response

by perry on August 11, 2021

The Shasta and Scott Rivers are being drastically impacted by the extreme drought conditions in our watersheds this summer. The State Water Board (SWB) and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) are working with all stakeholders to inform and manage our limited resources. For more information about possible actions including irrigation diversion curtailments and the SVRCD letter to the SWB please go to their website.
